There is a team of people helping you when there are any questions.
Your first point of contact is our location manager. He/she speaks multiple languages such as Polish and English, and takes care of all arrivals. He/she will hand you your keys. If you wonder how to find any amenities, such as shops, but also health care professionals, ask the location manager. The office is located in the Palmiarnia, opening hours can be found on the door.
Finally, we have an emergency number to reach when a situation arises which has to be solved immediately.
